Commercial Solutions Manager

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth and shaping commercial media strategies across our diverse portfolio. You will play a critical part in turning creative ideas into winning business outcomes while building strong relationships with sales teams and key advertisers.

  1. Develop strategic media solutions that align with sales briefs, sponsorships, and proactive campaigns.
  2. Lead commercial strategy and joint business planning for key accounts, focusing on profitability and growth.
  3. Create compelling pitch decks and provide data-driven insights to support sales efforts.
  4. Collaborate closely with content teams to ensure campaigns meet client goals and budget expectations.
  5. Oversee post-campaign analysis, delivering actionable insights to unlock renewal budgets and drive partnerships forward.
  6. Stay ahead of market trends and identify new commercial opportunities for our media brands and clients.

Requirements
We are looking for a skilled Commercial Solutions Manager who has:

A deep understanding of media sales, trading, and commercial strategy.Experience in building and growing key account relationships through joint planning and collaboration.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to craft persuasive pitches backed by data and market insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external clients with professionalism and clarity.Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
