Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, identifying and recruiting potential candidates using various sourcing methods, evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions, assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions, completing paperwork for new hires, and capable of business development and client relationship management.
This individual will also input into companies services and future directions, with an overall values-based approach.
The successful candidate will have formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering, proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics, excellent understanding of recruitment processes, proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work independently and also part of a team, strong decision-making skills, deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics, interest and ability to approach new clients and manage clients ongoing, ability to work cross-functionally with HR Consulting professionals, and continuous improvement approach to work processes.
Must have working rights in Australia.
