Early Childhood Centre Director

Lead with Purpose and Inspire Excellence in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Early Childhood Centre Director to join our team and play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of our centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee long term projects to ensure continuous improvement and development within the centre.
  • Guarantee that each educator completes checks and observations for children.
  • Support educators in the preparation and implementation of quality improvement plans and provide ongoing centre support.
  • Ensure every educator contributes to and reviews each child's health plan every six months.
  • Maintain centre compliance by ensuring all Government regulations are met and audits are successfully passed.
  • Manage intakes and enrolments, working proactively to ensure the centre operates at full capacity.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in early childhood education or educational leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and quality standards within the sector.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, lead a team, and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
