This critical position involves overseeing the development and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy for our direct-to-consumer (D2C) channel. The successful candidate will drive innovation, scalability, and long-term commercial impact through data-led initiatives, new technology adoption, and strategic partnerships.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute D2C performance strategies to optimize sales growth via Shopify, SEO, UX, loyalty, and conversion optimization.
  • Lead the development and implementation of marketplace performance strategies to identify new opportunities, optimize listings, and manage integrations.
  • Analyse customer insights and market trends to inform data-led growth initiatives.
  • Identify and test new technologies, automation tools, and marketplace integrations to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate on the commercial management of inventory systems and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Drive targeted marketing campaigns using analysis and segmentation techniques.
  • Collaborate in the development of loyalty programs, reviews, and user-generated content initiatives.
  • Optimize paid media performance across multiple platforms, combining agency partnerships with internal management expertise.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, prepare strategic reports, and present actionable recommendations.
About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with an established team to build on solid foundations, driving innovation, scalability, and long-term commercial impact. A background in fashion, gifting, lifestyle, or baby/children's product categories is beneficial, as is familiarity with Asian ecommerce markets and consumer behavior. Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is also an asset.
