We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Partnerships Strategist to join our team in Hamilton, Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or loyalty programs, preferably within travel, tourism, ecommerce, or lifestyle brands.

As a Marketing Partnerships Strategist, you will take ownership of the global affiliate program, including onboarding, compliance, performance tracking, and optimisation across platforms. You will also identify, develop, and negotiate new commercial and brand partnerships, as well as plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for partnership growth and expansion;
  • Analyse market trends to inform new partnership opportunities;
  • Build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders;
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics;
Requirements
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or loyalty programs;
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
