Senior Growth Strategist

The Senior Growth Strategist is a critical member of the Central Florida Division South Region Strategy Organization and plays an integral role in driving business development initiatives across the Market and Campus leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Growth Initiatives: Lead the tactical execution of growth strategies to drive business expansion.
- Performance Target Achievement: Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure key performance targets are met.
- Business Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans, informing assumptions in the pro forma process.
- Actionable Plans: Translate strategic initiatives into actionable priority actions, coordinating with key stakeholders.
- Tactical Work Planning: Develop detailed work plans and provide project management to implement key initiatives.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in healthcare, business development, strategic planning, and/or operations.
- Proven leadership experience.
