Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a high-performing team with a collaborative and mentoring style.
- Deliver a brand refresh and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across channels.
- Create polished, executive-ready written content and corporate reports.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, acting as a communications and marketing advisor.
- Plan and deliver key initiatives with pace and precision.
- Oversee statutory reporting and develop marketing collateral that strengthens the brand.
- Experienced people leader with a background in communications, branding, and content creation.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to stakeholders.
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing at all levels.
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry such as Banking, Government or Insurance is highly desirable.
- Degree-qualified in Communications, Marketing, PR or similar.
- Hybrid work arrangement allowing for 2 days of remote work per week.
