Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insights into partner requirements, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Manage initiatives to understand customer needs, preferences, and decision-making processes.
  • Support the creation of effective marketing programs and content across our portfolio.
  • Develop buyer personas and maintain knowledge of their needs, behaviors, and decision-making processes.
  • Evaluate product launches and features to ensure successful adoption.
  • Enable sales and account management teams through content, talk tracks, and sales playbooks.
  • Serve as a consultative partner to internal and external teams, providing quarterly marketing reports and insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or technology.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing product marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Familiarity with ABM, content strategy, and buyer journey mapping best practices.
