Lead Research Fellow in Disability Rights and Gender Health

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead impactful socio-legal research and influence healthcare policy, with a focus on obstetric care for marginalized groups.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth empirical research, analyzing findings, and contributing to scholarly publications and policy recommendations. The role requires expertise in qualitative research methods, particularly semi-structured interviews, and experience working with diverse communities, especially disabled individuals or gender-diverse people.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct impactful socio-legal research and analyze findings.
  • Publish scholarly articles and contribute to policy recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including project partnerships and advisory groups.
Requirements:
  • PhD in a relevant field, such as law, sociology, disability studies, or healthcare.
  • Expertise in qualitative research methods and experience working with diverse communities.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with interdisciplinary literature reviews.
