">Are you a passionate researcher with experience in socio-legal analysis and qualitative research methods? We are seeking an exceptional candidate to lead groundbreaking research that combines socio-legal analysis with empirical studies.
">The successful applicant will have a PhD in a relevant field such as law, sociology, disability studies, or healthcare, and possess strong analytical skills and experience in conducting interdisciplinary literature reviews.
">You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive socio-legal analysis, leading empirical research, and coordinating project partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
">- Conducting socio-legal analysis and performing interdisciplinary scoping reviews of scholarly work, policy documents, and community outputs related to obstetric care for disabled women and gender-diverse people.">
- Leading empirical research and designing and conducting 40-60 qualitative interviews with participants using a narrative methodology to capture their experiences with obstetric care.">
- Coordinating project partnerships, liaising with research partners, and managing the project's advisory group.">
- Producing scholarly outputs and analysing research findings to contribute to academic publications and policy recommendations.">
As a Research Fellow, you will be part of a dynamic team working on impactful socio-legal research and influencing healthcare policy. You may be a great fit if you have experience working with diverse communities, especially disabled individuals or gender-diverse people, and demonstrate expertise in qualitative research methods, particularly semi-structured interviews.
