Job Title: Disability Rights and Reproductive Health Advocate

 

**Job Description:**

As a Research Fellow, you will lead impactful socio-legal research to influence healthcare policy and practice, focusing on obstetric care for marginalized groups.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead qualitative research and analyze findings to contribute to scholarly publications and policy recommendations.
  • Conduct 40-60 qualitative interviews using narrative methodology.
  • Coordinate project partnerships with hospitals and manage the project advisory group.

 

**Qualifications and Experience:**

  • PhD in law, sociology, disability studies, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with interdisciplinary literature reviews.
  • Expertise in qualitative research methods, particularly semi-structured interviews.
  • Experience working with diverse communities, especially disabled individuals or gender-diverse people.
