We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Workforce Australia For Individuals. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth for our Pop Corners and Smiths Baked brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Management: Lead the annual brand planning process and manage external agency partners to execute campaigns.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Pop Corners and Smiths Baked portfolios, including budget management, sampling, artwork, and e-commerce.
  • Insights and Analysis: Compile multiple source consumer and in-market data to identify key brand insights and opportunities, tracking and communicating via monthly insights dashboards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in marketing and brand management, with experience in developing and executing marketing strategies. You will also need to have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
