About the Role
As the Senior Claims Advisor within the Property Major Loss team at Zurich Insurance Group, you will manage a portfolio of complex and major event claims across property, engineering, construction, and energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with customers, brokers, and other third-parties to provide technical and bespoke claims solutions.
- Manage claims effectively, with an emphasis on strong cost management.
- Help uplift capability and develop expertise across the team.
- Support the implementation of key initiatives and programs to improve efficiency.
- Actively implement continuous improvement strategies.
Requirements
To succeed in this market-facing role, you will need:
- Extensive experience across property claims within major loss.
- Thorough understanding of the Insurance Code of Practice and Insurance Contracts Act.
- Ability to effectively coach and mentor.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
