Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Coordinator to join our student services team.

  • Key responsibilities include supporting students with special education needs, promoting positive outcomes for all learners, and working closely with the Deputy Principal, Student Services.
Role Overview

The Learning Support Coordinator will play a vital role in providing direct and indirect support to students, staff, and families. This includes managing case conferences, meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Supporting staff with actions from case conferences
  • Communicating with all stakeholders
  • Providing professional learning for staff and the community to improve student outcomes in special education needs
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing observations, modelling, feedback to staff in special education needs
  • Having knowledge of ABLEWA and supporting staff in its implementation
  • Resource management
