We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Helpdesk Support Assistant to join our team. As a Helpdesk Support Assistant, you will provide technical customer service support to our clients across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and dealing with challenging customer questions. You will be responsible for working alongside our Product Support Manager, supporting Brand Experience Managers with product questions, and undertaking testing and analysis work.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technical customer service support, enjoys keeping systems updated and pays attention to detail, has a driven attitude, and loves getting the job done. If you are open-minded, enjoy working in a team environment, and can be flexible with hours, we encourage you to apply.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical customer service support to clients
- Work alongside our Product Support Manager
- Support Brand Experience Managers with product questions
- Undertake testing and analysis work
