Senior Technical Services Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to spearhead our Customer Service & Support organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer technical issues, fostering collaboration and research skills, and developing your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigation and Resolution: You will lead investigations into customer technical issues, collaborate across teams, and utilize troubleshooting tools and best practices to deliver effective solutions.
- Readiness: You will participate in building communities with peer delivery roles and share your knowledge to drive growth and proficiency.
- You will develop and enhance your technical and professional abilities through training and readiness initiatives.
- Process Improvement: You will identify product defects and escalate appropriately to resolve, contributing to the enhancement of Microsoft products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field AND 3+ years of experience in technical support, consulting, or IT OR 5+ years of experience in these fields.
