This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the food industry as a Customer Service Manager.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You will develop effective relationships with customers, implement customer service procedures and protocols, and ensure that we meet their needs and expectations.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with local and international colleagues, and a demonstrated knowledge of strategic planning and infrastructure development to support service delivery.

You will have the chance to work on various projects and tasks such as managing ProCare Service Contracts, consolidating all ProCare status and reports, and monitoring equipment preventative maintenance schedules. You will also be responsible for creating and tracking customer service goals, working closely with relevant departments to maintain good communication from the customer site to our company, and supporting Regional Service Managers on Warranty management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a technical background (mechanical and/or automation), at least 10 years' experience in working with equipment as a Field Service Engineer in Food or in a maintenance department of a factory, and strong capabilities in managing and supervising service engineers.

Job Description:
