Job Opportunity

The Senior Technical Quality Engineer will lead quality investigations and drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit, where we empower our people to transform industries and provide customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings.

  • Lead quality investigations and drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support 3PM operations with technical guidance, batch disposition, and quality control training.
  • Manage customer and supplier quality processes, including complaints, audits, APQP, PPAP, and NCMRs.
  • Develop and maintain quality systems and documentation in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Drive quality performance metrics and lead initiatives to improve FTQ, reduce complaints, and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineer preferred) or related technical field required.
  • 4+ years in a manufacturing environment with quality or technical experience, automotive industry preferred.
  • Understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements with practical application in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Control Plans, PFMEA, and Flow Chart development.
