About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team at Accent Group Limited. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Dr. Martens Australia & New Zealand ecommerce websites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Management & Maintenance: Ensure the ecommerce experience is reflective of the brand's values and customer service standards.
  • Drive Online Sales: Assist in delivering the digital strategy and meeting financial targets.
  • Content Marketing: Implement a digital and content marketing plan that delivers increased engagement and conversion rates.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver on-brand, best-in-class online customer experience.
  • Web Development: Provide technical and testing support with responsive, problem-solving abilities.
  • Sales Analysis, Reporting & Administration: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner and reporting deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • Proficient in the use of AP21
  • Comfortable with V look up, pivot tables and excel formulas
  • Photoshop or graphic design experience highly regarded
  • Google Analytics experience (or similar)
  • Copy writing capabilities
  • Footwear and trend obsessed passionate about the retail/digital/social space
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Passionate, with a can-do attitude
