
Content and Social Media Manager

We’re a team of creative, connected, driven and skilled campaign & content creators, PR wordsmiths and strategists and now we are on the hunt for a new talented professional to join our team.
Founded in 2015, Greenpoint has worked hard since our inception to constantly grow and evolve as a business to continue to be at the forefront of our game. We're hiring for a Content Creator and Coordinator role and offering a salary of $70,000 - $80,000 AUD per year + Super. These are some things the role will entail:
- Create and manage content, advertising and social for world class brands
- Coordinate content production work along with our production team
- Developing and execute social media strategies for our clients
- Coordinate all content creation and distribution activities, including client communications
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices whilst at work
- Hone your talents and learn new skills while working across a wide range of digital marketing areas

This is what you’d be doing:
- Drive the planning, execution and growth of our clients social media channels
- Curating engaging creative, and on-brand content and copy, whilst immersing yourself in our clients’ brand tone of voice
- Managing social media community growth
- Driving engagement and attributable sales across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and more
- Work with photographers, our production team, influencers and all other collaborators to generate content
- Work alongside our designer and video teams to produce high level content
- Present and pitch to clients for both new business and new projects
- Collaborate with your peers to ensure all content is aligned with our clients’ overall marketing strategy
- Report and analyse social media metrics, and use data to optimise our clients’ content strategies
- You may work on other digital content also - for example eDMs, websites and other paid digital advertising

Some boxes to tick:
- Client service and management experience, understand what it takes to be the point of contact for clients
- Have an in-depth understanding of the social media landscape, with an everlasting desire to continue learning
- Proven experience creating and executing successful social media campaigns
- Have a great aesthetic eye and be an out of the box thinker when it comes to content
- Adobe Creative Suite skills, namely Photoshop, Lightroom etc
- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen understanding of brand tone of voice
- Attention to detail
- Experience with social media scheduler Metricool and relevant programs/apps like Harvest and Asana
- Know what it takes to succeed as a brand on TikTok
- Know your influencers and the influencer industry back to front
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
- 3+ years of experience in social media and content
- Experience in social media marketing for property clients and lifestyle brands
- Experience with Metricool and Asana
- Skilled in photography and videography
- Familiarity with editing tools like DaVinci Resolve
- Meta Advertising and Business Suite experience
- Fluent/Native level of Italian language, additional languages are a plus for our international clients
- SEO/SEM experience
- Basic knowledge and understanding of AdOps and Programmatic
- eCommerce Marketing experience is a plus
