Job Description

As a Client Care Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health.

You will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing their experience, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to clinicians. You will also efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the clinics, including opening and closing procedures, and effectively use software and applications.

Whether it's assisting with client inquiries, coordinating schedules, or ensuring seamless clinic operations, you will make a tangible difference in people's lives every day.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
  • A passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
  • Focus on results and achieving the best possible outcomes
  • Intermediate computer skills
