Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated understanding of mental health issues and their impact on individuals and communities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of clients.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a community-based setting.
