Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Care Representative to join our team across various clinics in the Sydney South & Illawarra region, Shellharbour, Wollongong and Bowral.

This is a casual role providing general support and leave cover for our busy hearing clinics. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with shifts allocated to meet clinic needs. Flexibility is essential.

You will play an important role within our business providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients
  • Providing administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics
  • Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing our clients correctly and taking payments
Required Skills And Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Great communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
