
Hearing Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team in providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele.
This role involves working in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will play an important part in helping clients manage their hearing health.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our clinicians.
You will also be involved in managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients
- Providing administrative support to our clinicians (audiologists/audiometrists)
- Efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures
- Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
- Billing clients correctly and taking payments
- Learning and competently using a range of software and applications
What We Are Looking For:
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles
- A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
- Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
- Intermediate computer skills
- An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
