Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, administer systems, and offer help desk support on-site.

This is an entry-level, part-time position that requires strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Autopilot & Intune.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Windows 10 & 11 upgrades and asset management, as well as proficiency in information technology and system administration.

  • Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, and tablets (Windows 10/11)
  • Manage in-person walk-up support at the tech hub
  • Troubleshoot AV setups in meeting rooms
  • Work with Azure AD and Intune (MDM)
  • Support Microsoft 365, Adobe, and other enterprise tools

Relevant certifications in IT support or system administration are advantageous.
