Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned technical support specialist to join our team and contribute to projects that shape the future of digital transformation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical assistance to customers, partners, and internal resources.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge resources and training materials.
  • E nsure seamless 24/7 support coverage as part of a dynamic team.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or software support roles.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese required.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve intricate technical problems.
  • Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting Windows and Linux Operating Systems in enterprise environments.
  • Thorough understanding of enterprise software solutions and technologies.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience with firewalls, proxies, load balancers, LDAP/Active Directory/eDirectory, and network-diagnostic tools.
  • Solid grasp of security fundamentals, including certificate management, server hardening, encryption, antivirus, and orchestration for HA/DR environments.
  • Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and SQL commands/query.
