The Program Planning Analyst plays a pivotal role in facilitating the safe, efficient and effective delivery of transmission maintenance programs.
- Develop strategic preventive maintenance plans covering primary, secondary, communications and lines assets, incorporating circa. $15M worth of annual projects delivered by approximately 120 field resources.
- Oversee proposed costs and timelines for corrective maintenance initiatives.
- Secure alternative funding sources for significant works and partner with alternate delivery organizations as needed.
- Evaluate the work planning and scheduling practices of delivery partners to ensure optimal program delivery.
- Produce data-driven reports and analytics to track delivery partner performance and suggest improvements in partner planning, scheduling and works delivery.
- Perform assurance reviews to guarantee compliance with quality, process and data standards, support contractor audits and swiftly resolve service provider issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by proactively identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to enhance program management.
- Demonstrated experience in field delivery, engineering or contract management roles.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and data analytics tools required.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
