Job Title: Schedule Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Schedule Coordinator Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated master plans and schedules to support program objectives.

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain integrated master plans and schedules to align with program goals.
  • Ensure cross-functional integration of schedules across finance, engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality teams.
  • Track program plans, schedules, and performance, identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts.
  • Perform risk analysis and schedule variance assessments to support decision-making.
  • To monitor program progress, utilize Gantt charts, PERT, milestone tracking, earned value management (EVM), and other project management tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, Earned Value Management (EVM), Business, Cost, and/or Finance OR Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in scheduling and program planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Project.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance (required).
