Job Title: Program Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Planning Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that will involve designing and implementing annual preventive maintenance programs for Transmission Operations and Maintenance Service Agreement (TOMSA).

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the corrective maintenance program, securing alternate funding for significant works, and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of the program.

This is a hybrid role with a mix of office and work-from-home arrangements. The position is based in Southbank, Melbourne, and sits within our Field Operations & Maintenance team with our Transmission line of business team.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a field delivery, engineering or contract management role, and possess excellent analytical skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement annual preventive maintenance programs for TOMSA.
  • Supervise the corrective maintenance program to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Secure alternate funding for significant works and ensure compliance with quality, process, and data standards.
  • Perform assurance reviews to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to ensure efficient and effective management of the TOMSA.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a field delivery, engineering or contract management role.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience with SAP ERP and data analytics tools and techniques required.
