Program Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead program planning activities for our Infrastructure team in Melbourne, Australia.

This role undertakes, manages, coordinates and reports on program level planning activities for Infrastructure Maintenance, Renewals, Upgrades, Projects and related works.

  • Undertake, manage, and monitor planning activities for the Infrastructure division (Maintenance, Renewals, Upgrades, Projects etc.)
  • Support the development and update of the annual plan for all Infrastructure related activities
  • Ensure all Infrastructure works are effectively planned, integrated, and optimised to maximise benefits and minimise disruptions
  • Report and assist with resolving program risks/ delays
  • Provide planning and scheduling related support, guidance and governance to the Infrastructure team

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in planning, scheduling (including Primavera P6), resource allocation and optimization, as well as good spoken and written English language skills including the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels.
