We are seeking an experienced project planning specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining project schedules ensuring that our construction projects run efficiently on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate monthly project status reports.
- Evaluate construction data to reflect project progress through on-site engagement.
- Contribute to tender contract target and construction program development providing strategic guidance during submissions.
- Deliver compelling client presentations showcasing project timelines and milestones.
- Stay updated on construction techniques for project integration and optimize construction efficiency through detailed building sequence markups.
- Incorporate best construction practices into tenders and drawings.
- Develop logical program sequences and validate durations with input from subcontractors and bid team.
- Transform tender programs into contract versions ensuring compliance with contractual conditions.
- Implement monthly reporting protocols provide training and maintain accurate reports.
- Create precise construction programs collaborate with site teams and monitor on-site activities.
- Maintain quality procedures ensure uniformity in project calendars and program appearances.
- Fulfill head contract obligations and effectively manage client relationships.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field.
- Proven construction planning experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and planning principles.
- Proficiency in planning software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
