Project Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced project planning specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining project schedules ensuring that our construction projects run efficiently on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate monthly project status reports.
  • Evaluate construction data to reflect project progress through on-site engagement.
  • Contribute to tender contract target and construction program development providing strategic guidance during submissions.
  • Deliver compelling client presentations showcasing project timelines and milestones.
  • Stay updated on construction techniques for project integration and optimize construction efficiency through detailed building sequence markups.
  • Incorporate best construction practices into tenders and drawings.
  • Develop logical program sequences and validate durations with input from subcontractors and bid team.
  • Transform tender programs into contract versions ensuring compliance with contractual conditions.
  • Implement monthly reporting protocols provide training and maintain accurate reports.
  • Create precise construction programs collaborate with site teams and monitor on-site activities.
  • Maintain quality procedures ensure uniformity in project calendars and program appearances.
  • Fulfill head contract obligations and effectively manage client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field.
  • Proven construction planning experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques and planning principles.
  • Proficiency in planning software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
