Job Opportunity

Are you a strategic leader with exceptional skills and experience in staff management? We are seeking a skilled OPC Manager to join our team in the Gold Coast Out-Posted Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who can effectively lead, develop and manage staff in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have current or recent experience in the Commonwealth Public Service and possess strong leadership and management skills. They will be able to remain positive and respond to pressure in a calm manner while committing energy and drive to see that goals are achieved.

The role requires effective communication, collaboration and negotiation skills at all levels of seniority. The ideal candidate will also be able to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve positive results and support our strategic direction.
