Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and educate employees on their WHS responsibilities and support them in meeting their obligations">
  • Comply with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and organizational policies">
  • Ensure all safety and compliance training requirements are met">
  • Conduct or coordinate incident and accident investigations">
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices">
  • Collaborate with teams to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that drive measurable improvements">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Tertiary Qualifications: A degree in Health and Safety, Engineering, Management or a related field

">

Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating successful implementation of continuous improvement practices

Skill Set: Strong analytical skills, excellent project management and leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and high-level computer literacy
