Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Design/Project Manager to lead our project team in delivering large-scale lifestyle resorts and commercial facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving design and documentation programs, leading consultant teams, and working closely with construction teams to ensure efficient delivery, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

This is a key leadership role that requires the ability to balance big-picture strategy with detail, deadlines, and delivery. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who can engage consultants, contractors, and site teams with confidence.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the design and documentation of large-scale lifestyle resorts and commercial facilities.
  • Lead consultant teams and ensure documentation is on time, coordinated, and buildable.
  • Work closely with construction teams to keep delivery efficient, compliant, and cost-effective.
  • Play a key role in programming, problem-solving, and ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion.
  • Be a senior point of contact who can cut through complexity and give clear direction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a design/project leader with commercial build experience.
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with detail, deadlines, and delivery.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage consultants, contractors, and site teams with confidence.
  • Commercially sharp and technically sound with a willingness to get involved at every stage.
