Job Description

The successful candidate will shape the strategic direction of the faculty, support staff development, promote a culture of evidence-based practice, and build strong industry and tertiary connections to enrich student opportunities.

  • Lead the vision and strategic direction of the Faculty in alignment with the School's goals
  • Provide strong curriculum, pedagogical, administrative, and staff leadership
  • Oversee planning, delivery, and assessment across all subject areas
  • Use data to monitor performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Mentor and professionally develop faculty staff
  • Manage resources efficiently
  • Build partnerships with industry, universities, and external stakeholders
  • Foster a positive and future-focused learning culture
  • Work collaboratively with Executive and School leaders to uphold the school's strategic vision

The Head of Faculty – Business, Economics and Enterprise is responsible for leading a high-performing team across the subject areas of Business, Economics, Accounting, and Enterprise.
