A challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a high-performing customer service team is available. As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
About the Role:
You will work closely with the Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations, communicate with customers, contractors, and clients, and resolve complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support when needed.
- Manage customer relationships, respond to queries, and resolve complaints.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate data entry, record keeping, and IT skills are maintained.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a team lead role or equivalent, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and clients.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and support junior staff.
- Ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
