As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in the success of Wesfarmers Health, driving the delivery of capital projects that align with our brand standards. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, you will ensure the timely completion of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards.



Key responsibilities include:




  • Assisting in the completion of projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Managing store refurbishments according to priority and brand standards.
  • Preparing and managing construction documentation.
  • Ensuring adherence to documentation protocols.
  • Supporting the store development process and maintaining accurate project accounts.
  • Overseeing invoice recording, payment within trading terms, and financial reporting.


You will bring:




  • Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Experience in collaborating with external consultants like architects, shopfitters, and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in documentation and planning.
  • Familiarity with retail planning or similar roles in store development.
  • Understanding and application of brand standards.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to process information effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial requirements in project accounting (capital and operating expenditure).
  • Experience in a fast-paced administrative role, adept at prioritisation and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills when interacting with colleagues, store staff, and suppliers.
  • Capability of working effectively in both team and independent environments.
  • Results-driven individual.
  • Qualification in a Building-related discipline, e.g., Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or Building.
