Rural Customer Service Representative

Develop strong relationships with customers, provide exceptional service and support in a dynamic rural industry environment.

  • Foster long-term relationships with customers to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to manage inventory, transportation and distribution across Australia.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve disputes and reconcile transactions according to company policies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to convert customer queries into sales opportunities.
  • Ensure timely order fulfillment and resolution of customer complaints.
About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in sales administration or customer service to join a market leader in the rural industry. The successful candidate will be the hub between our sales teams, dispatch centres and various depots across ANZ, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Continuously improve customer experience and total value proposition.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales administration, customer service or logistics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build relationships with existing customers and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Detailed-oriented and committed to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience working in wholesale, logistics and distribution of physical goods highly regarded.
  • Sound knowledge of agricultural and rural products highly regarded.
