About the Role

As a Senior HR Advisor at U&u, you will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager in driving operational excellence across the organization. This includes working across all generalist areas of HR, including remuneration reviews, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and influence senior stakeholders and leaders on best practice change management and organizational redesign.
  • Coach, mentor, and influence senior leaders within client groups.
  • Work across both operational and strategic levels of HR, being hands-on with the business and contributing to the development and implementation of high-level HR strategy.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in HR, coupled with experience in a HR generalist role, working as a Senior Advisor. You will have strong knowledge of current legislation and be able to apply it practically across complex situations.

You will have come from a highly complex organization and will be a strong relationship builder with the ability to influence at a very senior level and gain credibility quickly. You will have come from a professional services background, ideally within retail, distribution, property, or insurance.
