About the Role

Charterhouse is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Executive to join our Sydney-based team. As a key member of our National sales team, you will play a crucial support role in enhancing sales processes and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management and Development
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting
  • Training and Development
  • Train retail staff and provide ongoing refresh training for all staff (sales, marketing, ops, customer service)
  • Reviews and revises training programs – content delivery etc
  • Market Analysis and Strategy
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Customer Support
  • Provide support and problem-solving to customers as required
Requirements
  • Field Sales/Territory Management Experience essential
  • Training development and delivery experience essential
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent ability to build and develop relationships with a wide variety of individuals, both internal and externally to the organisation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
