Key Responsibilities- Account Management and Development
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory
- Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting
- Training and Development
- Train retail staff and provide ongoing refresh training for all staff (sales, marketing, ops, customer service)
- Reviews and revises training programs – content delivery etc
- Market Analysis and Strategy
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Customer Support
- Provide support and problem-solving to customers as required
- Field Sales/Territory Management Experience essential
- Training development and delivery experience essential
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent ability to build and develop relationships with a wide variety of individuals, both internal and externally to the organisation
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Attractive salary plus up to 15k in commission
- Fully expensed company vehicle, including fuel card and tolls
- Mobile phone and laptop
- 2 additional wellbeing days provided per calendar year
- Head Office based in Norwest – Free Onsite Parking
