We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join our research team in the field of molecular genetics and genomics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute experiments to advance our understanding of chromatin packaging and transcriptional regulation
  • Conduct literature reviews to inform experiment design and reporting
  • Collaborate with colleagues to publish articles in peer-reviewed journals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recent PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Genomics with expertise in bioinformatics
  • Proficiency in single cell or low cell number experimental and/or clinical samples analysis
  • Familiarity with open-source DNA-seq, Bisulfite-seq, ChIP-seq, and RNA-seq pipelines
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
  • Basic statistics knowledge
  • Mammalian cell culture and NGS library preparation for DNA and RNA analysis experience
