At the forefront of chromatin packaging and transcriptional regulation research, we invite an ambitious Postdoctoral Fellow to join our Molecular Genetics and Genomics Division. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct experiments to support research projects, ensuring methodological consistency and adherence to timelines.
  • Review relevant literature to inform experiment design and report development for presentations and seminars.
  • Publish articles in peer-reviewed journals, showcasing our scientific leadership and maintaining high academic standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external researchers by exchanging ideas and implementing experiments.

Required Qualifications:

  • A recent PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Genomics with strong bioinformatics skills is essential.
  • Proficiency in using single cell or low cell number experimental and/or clinical samples is required.
  • Familiarity with open-source DNA-seq, Bisulfite-seq, ChIP-seq, and RNA-seq analysis pipelines, as well as public databases (e.g., TCGA, UCSC Genome Browser, Ensembl), is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of basic statistics is desirable.
  • Experience in mammalian cell culture and NGS library preparation for DNA and RNA analysis is highly valued.
