Postdoctoral Research Associate

As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Molecular Genetics and Genomics Division, you will contribute to investigations on chromatin packaging and transcriptional regulation during development and disease in mammalian cells using single cell technologies.
Main Responsibilities- You will design, conduct, and analyze experiments to support research projects, adhering to high scientific standards and timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant literature to inform experiment design and report development for presentations and seminars.
- Collaborate with researchers by exchanging ideas and implementing experiments.
- A recent PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Genomics with strong bioinformatics skills is required.
- Experience with single cell or low cell number experimental and/or clinical samples is necessary.
- Proficiency in open-source DNA-seq, Bisulfite-seq, ChIP-seq, and RNA-seq analysis pipelines, as well as public databases such as TCGA, UCSC Genome Browser, Ensembl is essential.
- Knowledge of basic statistics would be advantageous.
- Experience in mammalian cell culture and NGS library preparation for DNA and RNA analysis would be beneficial.
