About the Role

As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience. You will work closely with our customer success and sales teams to ensure seamless functionality and alignment with our revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize revenue operations, streamlining processes and managing the technology stack to maximize customer lifetime value and revenue growth
  • Determine the go-to-market strategy for new business and product launches, working closely with the Chief Customer Officer
  • Utilize data and analytics to establish, measure, and monitor key metrics, track revenue performance, identify trends, and support resource allocation decisions
  • Develop accurate revenue forecasts using historical sales and customer data, market trends, and advanced forecasting models
  • Collaborate with various departments to drive continuous improvement and best practice in revenue operations
  • Oversee and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce, analyzing sales data, and providing reports and recommendations to the CCO
Requirements
  • Recent experience in a similar RevOps role, with 5 years+ experience in sales and/or operations
  • Proven experience contributing to revenue generation and growth
  • EdTech or SaaS experience highly regarded
  • Drive and passion to meet sales targets by taking ownership over contributions to team success
  • Highly organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools
