About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on People & Culture policies, practices, and relevant legislation.

The role is full-time and based in our Doncaster office, with a hybrid arrangement available for working from home. The candidate will be required to travel to support client groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality HR services, guidance, and analysis on People & Culture initiatives.
  • Provide critical human resources advice and support services to various workplace relations, performance management conversations, and general HR inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in daily work and projects for HR practices and systems.
  • Compile comprehensive analysis on HR data and metrics.
  • Promote diversity and EEO by advocating the value of diversity in HR practices.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will hold a qualification in Human Resources or a related field and have proven experience working in a generalist or specialist HR position.

You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills set:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
