Marketing Coordinator Role at Investa

We're looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team at Investa, a leading real estate investment manager, developer, and industry innovator. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and contributing to the overall success of developing and executing various marketing campaigns across the business.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting with planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution, and monitoring campaign performance to recommend improvements.
  • Creating and editing marketing content, coordinating with creatives to align with the brand's voice.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of various marketing events, including managing logistics and vendor relationships.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, maintaining marketing databases.
  • Managing and maintaining day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, invoicing, and ad-hoc duties.
  • Coordinating corporate photoshoots as required.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications (or nearing completion) in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Open to recent graduates or individuals in their final semester of university.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar Marketing role desirable.
