Job Summary

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and wider team initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution, and monitoring campaign performance to recommend improvements.
  • Creating and editing marketing content, coordinating with creatives to align with the brand's voice.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of various marketing events, including managing logistics and vendor relationships.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, maintaining marketing databases.
  • Managing and maintaining day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, invoicing, and ad-hoc duties.
  • Coordinating corporate photoshoots as required.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (or nearing completion)
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar marketing role (desirable)
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multi-task, effective time management, and results-driven approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a positive attitude
