This role will play a key part in supporting the Marketing and Communications team in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will work across all aspects of Marketing for the Powerhouse, providing proactive, timely, and compliance-based administration, procurement/contract management, and general support to day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be based in Parramatta and may be required to support teams across all Powerhouse sites.

The Powerhouse is currently undergoing a major renewal program, which includes the development of new platforms and the expansion of its collections and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Manage procurement and contract processes
  • Provide general support to day-to-day operations
