Job Title: Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Stopgap is seeking a skilled Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work closely with our Group Marketing & Communications Manager to ensure all marketing initiatives run smoothly and effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and scheduling engaging content to build brand awareness across social platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand tone and objectives.
  2. Assisting in creating and refining content for both internal and external audiences, using tools like Canva, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  3. Maintaining effective relationships with vendors and ensuring timely delivery of materials, ads, and campaigns.
  4. Overseeing and updating the marketing calendar, tracking project timelines, and coordinating publication schedules to ensure all deadlines are met.
  5. Handling internal and external briefs, ensuring requirements are clear, aligned with strategy, and executed to high standards.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal skills, essential for maintaining effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing skills to support all aspects of content creation and brand storytelling.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with a supportive team to contribute positively to the company culture.
  • A willingness to work full-time in the office.
