Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive strategic growth, funding, and partnerships for our national initiative supporting autistic children and their families through personalized navigation and support.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and work effectively in a complex and changing environment, with experience in strategic planning and implementing new processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

This full-time position will be based at our site in Western Australia, initially for a period of 2 years, with potential extension. Remote work arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

About the Role

  • A proven track record of driving strategic growth and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities to expand the program nationally and internationally.
  • Managing and developing partnerships with government, philanthropic organizations, professional bodies, and community stakeholders.
  • Securing grant opportunities and philanthropic engagement.
  • Exploring scalable solutions for the Program.
